CANCELLATION & LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Please note that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

 

Additionally, late payments (more than 7 days overdue) will incur a 10% late payment fee. We kindly ask that all payments be made promptly to avoid additional charges.

CCTV IN OPERATION

​

This personal training studio is monitored by CCTV for the safety, security, and well-being of all clients, staff, and equipment.

 

Cameras operate 24/7 and footage may be used for security monitoring, incident investigation, and staff training purposes.

By entering this studio, you consent to video recording in line with our privacy and data protection policies.

EddCourt PTI LTD ("we", “us” and “our”) is a personal fitness studio, (company number 11273519), with a registered address at 125 Richmond Avenue, Shoeburyness, Southend-On-Sea, England, SS3 9LF.
